We stand behind our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your CloudCard, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Card must be in original condition (unused is preferred but not required)
- Original packaging is helpful but not required
- Return shipping label provided by CloudCard
How to Return
- Contact support at support@cloudcarded.com
- Provide your order number and reason for return (optional)
- Receive a prepaid return shipping label via email
- Pack your card securely and attach the label
- Drop off at any carrier location
Refund Processing
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
- Refund issued to original payment method
- Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days
- You'll receive email confirmation when refund is issued
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different design or product, please return your original card for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your card arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately with photos
- We'll send a replacement at no cost
- No need to return the defective card
- Expedited shipping on replacements
Lifetime Warranty
The NFC chip in your CloudCard is covered by a lifetime warranty. If the chip ever stops working:
- Contact support with your order number
- We'll send a free replacement card
- You keep your existing digital profile and analytics
- No time limit on warranty claims
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Digital services or subscriptions (if applicable in future)
- Custom-engraved cards with personalization errors caused by customer input
- Gift cards or promotional items
International Returns
Our 30-day guarantee applies worldwide. We provide prepaid return labels for all countries we ship to. International refunds may take slightly longer due to customs processing.
